HATIRLAYALIM
  • Sınıf kuralları olumlu emir cümleleriyle (Raise your hand, Listen carefully, Keep quiet) veya olumsuz yasaklamalarla (Don’t run in the corridors, Don’t eat in class) ifade edilir.
  • Öğretmenden nazikçe izin isterken 'May I come in?', 'Can I open the window?', 'May I clean the board?' kalıpları kullanılır; olumlu yanıtta 'Yes, you may / Sure / Of course' denir.
  • Okul dersleri Maths, Science, Social Studies, English, Turkish, Art, Music, P.E. (Physical Education) ve I.T. (Information Technology) olarak adlandırılır.
  • Haftanın günlerinden (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) önce daima 'on' edatı kullanılır (We have Science on Tuesday).
